Animation & Entertainment National Council WICCI in collaboration with the Apni Indian Gully (AIG) organized an event ‘Ek Shaam Lafzon ke Naam’ to commemorate the survivors and martyrs of Kargil and to mark anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas.
National President of Animation and Entertainment Council and Founder of Light Houze Art Studios LLP Ms. Soniya Lamba, Vice President of National Council and Co- Founder Ssoftoons Entertainment Media LLP Ms. Hansa Mondal, Mental health coach and influencer Vinni Jain Verdia and eminent Media and content specialist and founder of Garima Films Ms. Garima Malvanker wonderfully curated and managed the event.
Event commenced with National Anthem and 2 mins mourning for the Martyrs.
Kargil survivor Colonel Anil Sharma, Dr. Bhagvati Kumar Upadyay from Indian Navy, All India Convenor IMCTF and Senior RSS member Dr. Gunvant Singh Kothari, Ms. Bina Doshi Corporator South Ward, Ms. Priti Satam Corporator- Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai were invited as a Chief Guest and Performed the lamp lighting ceremony.

Col. Anil kumar Sharma, Dr. Bhagwati Prasad Upadhyay and Mr. Ravindra Katyayn (Author,script writer, EC member, Treasurer -IDPA India and Ex.Air Force) started by sharing ground realities and telling Kargil Vijay diwas stories.
Guests Ms. Priti Satam, Ms. Bina Doshi,Mr. Gunvant Singh Kothari and actor Dilip Arya expressed their gratitude through their speech and poems.
Patriotic poetry recitation by by Dr. Roshani Kiran and Mr. Ajay Kharb (TYBA student) enthralled the attendees.
Music performance by singer, composer Mr. Sanjay Tiwari infused patriotic fervour and brought tears to eyes of the audiences.
Ek Shaam Lafzon ke Naam not only honored and remembered the sacrifices made by our heroes but also created sense of gratitude, patriotism, and unity among the attendees. This event brought artists together to reflect the significance of our history and to pay tribute to our brave heroes and commemorate the spirit of Kargil Diwas.
Animation and Entertainment Council WICCI with Apni Indian Gully also promotes Vocal for local and so there were stalls outside the auditorium hall of small local businesses.
